Handmade Soap Black Raspberry Vanilla

Because of all our soaps are handmade, each soap bar has a unique design and may differ in weight between 4.5-5 oz. All bars are individually wrapped and labeled.

Please contact us if you would like to return or exchange the soap or if your item arrived damaged.

We accept returns for soaps that have not been used, damaged and in the original packaging. We will issue you a refund minus the shipping after we receive the return.You will be responsible for shipping charges to send it back to us.

We gladly accept exchanges for the soap. You will be responsible for shipping charges to send it back to us. 

If you soap arrived damaded during the shipping we will send you another one(s) free of charge or fully refund the cost. We may ask to provide the picture of the damaged item so we can file the claim to the shipping provider.

Processing time for this product is 3-5 Business Days. That means that your item will be shipped within 3-5 business day after you have placed the order.
