To get your candle perform the best please follow those simple rules,

Always trim your wick to 1/4" and remove any burnt pieces if any fall in the wax,

Never leave your burning candle unattended

Do not burn your candle more than 4 hours at a time as it may case overheating of the container
Please contact us if you would like to return or exchange the candle or if your item arrived damaged.

We accept returns for candles that have not been used and not damaged. We will issue you a refund minus the shipping after we receive the return.You will be responsible for shipping charges to send it back to us.
