We accept returns for soap holders that have not been used and not damaged.  We will issue you a refund minus the shipping after we receive the return. You will be responsible for shipping charges to send it back to us.

If you item arrived damaded during the shipping we will send you another one(s) free of charge or fully refund the cost. We may ask to provide the picture of the damaged item so we can file the claim to the shipping provider.
