To get your candle perform the best please follow those simple rules,

• When you light your candle for the first time, please allow the wax melt all the way to reach the jar sides . It may take up to 3 hours,
• Let the candle to cool and solidify completely between burning,
• Always trim your wick to 1/4" and remove any burnt pieces if any fall in the wax,  
• Keep the burning candle away from the drafts,
• Keep out of reach of children and pets,
•  Never leave your burning candle unattended
• Do not burn your candle more than 4 hours at a time as it may case overheating of the container

Please contact us if you would like to return or exchange the candle or if your item arrived damaged.

We accept returns for candles that have not been used and not damaged.  We will issue you a refund minus the shipping after we receive the return.You will be responsible for shipping charges to send it back to us.

We gladly accept exchanges for the candles. You will be responsible for shipping charges to send it back to us. 

If you candle arrived damaded during the shipping we will send you another one(s) free of charge or fully refund the cost. We may ask to provide the picture of the damaged item so we can file the claim to the shipping provider.
