Due to high glycerin content this soap will absorb the water. It is important to let your soap dry between uses to ensure you get to enjoy your soap the most.

We accept returns for soaps that have not been used and in it's original packaging.  We will issue you a refund minus the shipping after we receive the returned item. You will be responsible for shipping charges to send it back to us.

If you soap arrived damaded during the shipping we will send you another one(s) free of charge or fully refund the cost. We may ask to provide the picture of the damaged item so we can file the claim to the shipping provider.
